Excellent customer service was provided by the lady that served us. She took the time to understand our needs and offered different options that might suit us. A friendly and cheerful assistant who is a credit to your company.

Tony, the sales assistant was incredibly helpful. His product knowledge and the understanding of our needs in terms of both the product and our budget really shone through and at no time did we ever feel rushed or obliged to part with our money until we were fully satisfied. If only all sales staff would show the level of dedication and professionalism.

Mark was very friendly and helpful and took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure that we would purchase the correct item for our needs.
