As walked into store,me& my partner approached member of staff first, asked what looking for, was not in showroom, showed a brochure, very willing to help

The sales assistant treated me exactly how I want to be treated. Very polite friendly and considerate.

Having selected a product at one of your competitors neighboring stores which was almost GB£200 more expensive we were then told that we could not have delivery for two to three weeks, in the case of our dealings with you we were able to order in the morning and collect from your warehouse at Swanley in Kent by 14:30 hrs., the same day.

James who served us was extremely helpful and friendly. Explained all the different options to us, didn't pressure us into making any decision, and was excellent when it came to offering a discount to close the deal.

Good old friendly service

We knew what we were looking for but the very knowledgeable assistant put forward other options, understood our need & secured is a bargain mattress of a high quality. Plus recommending a suitable mattress cover that I didn't know existed. A fast, efficient service as before.

We got all possible support and suggestion we were looking for. Staff were well informed and eager to help with all my queries. They helped us choose the right bed. It was a overall a pleasant experience.
