Dreams - Orpington Springvale

Nas was very helpful in the orpinton store, she asked what we was looking for and gave us everything we was looking for and more. A very friendly member of staff

The Lady called Jez at the Orpington store was very helpful and patient as my daughter could not decide which one she wanted, this was not our local area, we were visiting relatives and because we could not decide we took her phone number. The next day we went to the Dreams in Purley just to re-look and the man assistant was actually RUDE

Assistants were very welcoming and helpful. Good range of choice and well displayed.

Was very happy with the service

James attended to our needs. He was not pushy and told us what all the colours of the beds meant and what would probably suit us best. We tried out the beds and James was on hand should we have needed him. I needed to change the delivery date when I returned home this was done with no problem at all.

Tony at Dreams in Orpington was readily available for advice, there was no pressure to buy and gave us as much information as we could ask for about our purchases. He was friendly and professional throughout. Would be very happy to deal with him and Dreams again.

We only intended to browse but Tony was so helpful - he gave us space to look but good guidance too, and wasn't pushy at all - so we felt confident with our choice.

The items are good quality and the price was exceptional. Service was friendly and helpful.
