Dreams - Orpington Springvale

We were greeted immediately and offered assistance and advice which meant that we bought our brand new bed and mattress within half an hour and no fuss whatsoever!

Plenty of choice, staff helpful but not over pushy, were there to answer questions when needed,

The lady who served my 86 year old mother was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. She took the time to explain how everything worked and went through the the ordering process carefully with her.

The Amy Daybed I was looking to purchase was not at the store however Tony was able to show us on line and recomend the right mattress with our budget.

We were served by James (Validation code 298) who was very knowledgeable, yet he did not pressurise us into a purchase

We were assisted by Jas who was extremely helpful and patient and obviously knew the products thoroughly. Overall, the experience of shopping at Dreams was pleasant and not at all pressurised.

The store was quiet at the time of my visit and I found the staff attentive and informative without being pushy. I was given the pros and cons of several different types of mattress.

The store was clean and clear. Everything was easy to find, try and understand. The staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy in anyway. We did go away and think about what we wanted to do, and looked in other shops but went back to Dreams as the assistant, Tony, was so personable and helpful.

James was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.

I arranged a collection time and when I phoned to change it the person answering my call altered the collection time and rang back to confirm
