The product we saw online was available to view in store. The member of staff (mark) was very helpful and told us or available options straight away as well as giving us a demo of the ottoman bed. Also happy with the date we've been given for delivery.

Even though we knew what item we wanted, the assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us with the questions we had.

Mark was very helpful. He approached us after a couple of mins I the store and asked if we needed any assistance. He talked to us about the bedroom the bed was going into and helped us decide on the most suitable colour to compliment our furniture. He then checked the stock and available delivery dates and we placed our order. He did not pressure us in any way and gave us free delivery and ensured should we need to change the delivery to a Saturday it wouldn't be a problem. He was fantastic and had a lovely manner

The chap who served us, Tee, was an absolute delight. No pressure, but knowledgeable and helpful. He knew the stock, the differences between the various mattresses, and quickly had our search narrowed to two. The only problem was our choosing between the two, but he left us to it and once we had made our choice the ordering etc was very easy. We chatted away with him, did not feel rushed, and felt he did what he could to get us the best deal he could for us.

As soon as we got in store we were met by tee who was very helpful and explained everything in detail . Very friendly and pleasant person
