Dreams - Orpington Springvale

Every member of staff in branch were very pleasant & helpful. We were fortunate to be greeted by the store manager who couldn't have been more helpful. Such a pleasant experience. We were amazed at his knowledge & expertise. He spent time with us explaing the different types of mattresses and was most helpful when I explained my back problems. We did not feel pressured to purchase there & then. He left my husband & I to discuss our finances over a cup of tea made by a colleague. Then spent extra time with us discussing the pros & cons between our two choices. We purchased our new bed & left the store feeling as if we had made a new friend. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Branch to all family & friends.

The gentleman who served us was informative and his expertise on the type of bed we would require was excellent. He was able to give us pro's and con's on the various items based on the requirements that we supplied him with.
