The assistant, Samuel, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and was happy to spend time providing information but also knew when to back away and allow us time to talk and consider our options. He made the overall experience a very pleasant one.

Tony at the Orpington store was friendly and knowledgeable about the matress that I wanted. Tony showed my matresses in all prices ranges and allowed my to try the matresses without any pressure. I have bought all of my beds and mattresses from Dreams over the years and I will continue to buy from Dreams.

The man who served us was both friendly and helpful, knew the products very well and explained things to us is a manner we could understand, very impressed to be honest.

On the day I tried to order mattress computers were down staff at shop were very helpful keeping me updated but still not up and running by end of day. Next day made call and was told computers working ,so went to store where they remembered I had called the day before, also checked the warehouse to see if what I wanted was in stock, which it was for collection, she even drew me a map of how to get there as I didn't know the area that the warehouse was in. In all the lady was really helpful and that's why I was highly satisfied with the service.

Friendly service and gave us lots of info and reassurances that any problems with our purchase would be rectified. Also good value for money as were given an additional discount.

We were assisted by Anthony who was very knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy. Anthony had time and patience for us and answered all questions that we asked of him, it was a pleasure to be served by him.

The service from the team in store was fantastic listening to our needs and requests and explaining the process and options, then leaving us to select under no pressure. Pushy sales would have driven us away in seconds and this definitely wasn't the case. Fantastic help from start to finish
