Sales assistant was very helpful and friendly, she listened to our needs and requirements and recommended a few mattresses in differing price brackets and clearly explained the differences. The order and payment was quick and clearly explained including organising taking old mattresses away with prompt delivery within a few days of order. Delivery was on day organised, in 2 hour time slot promised and with phone call from driver short time before delivery. Delivery men helpful and efficient.

Colleagues available to help but not intrusive. Knowledgable about products which would suit our needs. So friendly towards my toddler who was plodding around the store whilst we were shopping - even kept an eye on him to make sure he was safe whilst we did our sleep assessment.
