Tony at the Orpington store on Sevenoaks Way was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all mattresses and beds and could advise us very well and we were able to find a suitable mattress very quickly and easily.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Tony. He immediately understood what I was looking for and made a recommendation, explaining why he thought why it was appropriate. The bed he recommended was well within my budget. The order was placed and he arranged a suitable delivery date. The whole process could not have gone smoother and Tony's knowledge, manner and efficiency was exceptional.

I was served by Tony at the Springvale Park store in Orpington. He understood exactly what I was looking for and immediately showed me the showroom bed. He talked through the other options available to me and showed a thorough knowledge. He made my decision extremely easy and the bed was ordered and delivery sorted within minutes. He was absolutely fantastic and made the whole thing really easy.

James was the store Manager from Gravesend but was helping out in the Orpington store that day. He was very knowledgeable about every product in the store especially the different types of mattresses that were available. He had brought in bottled water from his own money that he offered to us and other customers in the store which I felt was very welcoming of him. He was very patient and listened to what we wanted instead of pushing a certain product on us. The only problem we cam up against was the reaction time of creation, they kept requesting more and more information and what was supposed too be a 15 minute check turned into almost an hour and half. James kept us entertained throughout asking us about our hobbies etc and after 20 minutes of no response from Creation he gave them a call and asked for it to be looked at immediately as we had been waiting quite a long time. Creation informed James that it had been accepted and they thought they had pushed accept but hadn't or something? James apologized for everything taking so long but because he was a nice guy we didn't mind and was happy sitting talking to him. Overall James was the one that made our experience satisfying.

Having looked already online and found a Dalton Single Bed (36'' x 72'') mattress that we liked, Dreams in Orpington, Kent, had this item for us to view and test instore.

Staff very knowledgeable about all products

I found the assistant to be outward and friendly, advice was given on what I needed, overall I am happy, just awaiting the product now. THANKYOU Anthony.
