Dreams - Orpington Springvale

We met with Tony at Dreams in Orpington who was so knowledgable, efficient, friendly and helpful without badgering us into anything. We actually went into to dreams to compare against another bed from another company we had decided on and walked away with one from Dreams - this was down to Tony's help and knowledge. The only issue was awaiting a response from the finance team for payment. We had to wait around 30mins without response from them and in the end we just paid in full as we were with our 3 month old daughter. Tony handled the whole situation utterly professionally. There was also a personal touch - I felt like Tony really wanted the best for us!

The sales assistant approached us when we first entered but not in an overbearing sales driven manner which was refreshing. He explained the colour coded siystem for the mattresses and continued to aid us without any issue when we approached him. Was impressed with the level of knowledge and this resulted in us choosing to buy that very visit!

I don't like to waste time so I looked online first and then went in store and bought my item quickly and arranged delivery promptly

I was satisfied with the top level of service from Taiwo who develvered exceptional high level of customer service and knew his products very well.. it's a shame I didn't PURCHASE the mattress. .. if I had more of a budget I would have.

Assistant was very knowledgeable of the products and answered all my questions fully. He was also very friendly and attentive.

We arrived looked around got assistance left to look elsewhere came back and ordered no fuss just good old fashioned selling

The assistance I received was very helpful and I was not pushed into a sale at all. I was advised properly and it wasn't just about trying to get my money.
