When I came in I was greeted early and politely with a smile, and was also surprised with how clean the store looked! I came in to buy a duvet but after speaking to Sam, i've decided to come back over the weekend to purchase a new mattress and possibly a new bed

Clean store, easily able to try as many mattress and pillows as needed staff very knowledgeable and approachable

Sam was very knowledgeable about all of the products in the shop.He was very friendly , personable and polite.He let us take as much time as we needed trying and retrying the different mattresses.He also fetched us some pillows like those we use at home, and offered us a cup of tea.As shop assistants go, he was very articulate and quite exceptional.

Great price on the bed and two tempur pillows at a very reasonable price. Thrilled all round. Bed arriving in under a week of viewing. Brilliant!

We enjoyed the friendly, unhurried service and it was most enjoyable experience. We were offered beverages and it was a very pleasant experience and there was not any type of headache, which has been the case when I have ordered beds in other stores. Both the Manager and the Assistant were very helpful. The Assistant's name is Sam.

Salesperson knew her stuff and worked hard to get us a deal we were happy with.
