All went smoothly

Extremely satisfied with Tony at Orpington Branch, he was friendly, knowledgable, took an interest in my condition, allowed us to try out the bed for as long as we wanted, made us tea and coffee, I would highly recommend this gentlemen and I will be returning to purchase a bed for my mother. I am extremely satisfied with Tony's outstanding level of customer service.

Jas stayed after closing after we arrived a bit and didn't even realise she was closing up. She spent the time to check what and when we bought last time (a year ago!) And to understand what we needed. She gave us a quote and estimated delivery which I was able to take to the store next morning and place the order with a helpful young man whose name escapes me. He spent time checking alternate colours and headboards for me before we ended up with Jas original quote.

The product range was good and easily understandable. The level of service from TEE was amazing, he helped us understand which one we needed, gave us a cup of tea and pillows to take around. In addition to that you had exactly the ;right bed for us, I have a bad back so we have struggled to find a good one previously. Also, the delivery was super quick. We went to Bensons for Beds the week before believing they would be better, but we were proved wrong. They didn't have the bed we needed, the guy showing us round made us feel very awkward and the delivery times were a minimum of 4 weeks. Compared to Bensons, you guys are awesome! We left the store with the perfect bed after only half an hour. Thank you Dreams!
