Told staff member what i needed back pain he showed me the matteress i needed and let me try it just what my back needed ...sleep at last

The products were explained to us in a very professional way nd the manageress was very helpful in every way.

The staff were excellent and efficient and the delivery came the following week as requested.we cannot fault the service.

Staff very friendly. A very nice lady called Jas assisted us. She spent time with us on our first visit, advising us to look for bedding as it was a four foot and your store does not sell that size. After looking it all up and seeing how easy it was to obtain this size I returned the next day and purchased the bed. Again Jas was very helpful but friendly as well.

We attended the shop to look a few days ago when the assistant made it clear she was available to help us but would let us look, we really appreciated this. When we had looked we asked her some questions, she had all the information, she was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We told her we would consider it and return. We returned today and looked for her specifically because of she had been so helpful, we made our purchase with her help.

Very lovely staff and the 2 delivery lads were fantastic Daniel and Leon.

Came in to buy a single divan with drawers, headboard and mattress. Got the lot ordered in under 30 minutes. Delivery arranged there and then. I left the store having achieved my objective. Assistant was extremely helpful.
