Dreams - Orpington Springvale

I am really overall very very satisfied with the overall experience. From placing the order to the quickness of the delivery of the bed was amazing. I placed the order on a Saturday and the bed was delivered by the Wednesday. I received messages updating me of when it would arrive and received also two phone calls from the delivery driver so the communication was absolutely excellent. Two gentlemen assembled the bed within about 15 minutes who were very polite and helpful. I would most definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends and definitely as I know shortly that I will have to purchase a new mattress for the bed that I will have no qualms and feel confident in visiting and purchasing this from Dreams. Really was excellent and my daughter whose bed it is was delighted.

We were served by Tony, who showed great knowledge of products, was very friendly and polite, making us feel welcome, and that our custome was important to Dreams. We would definitely advise our family and friends of the lovely service we received today, thank you very much Tony, and thank you Dreams.

The assistant explained to me in great detail all of the different types of beds available in the store, and I was encouraged to lay down to test them. He knew all about the beds and also knew the prices for disposal of the old mattress, without reference. I felt completely comfortable placing my order.

We were given sufficient attention and help but were not pushed into purchasing. We were left to browse and ask questions when we wanted to. The atmosphere was relaxed.

Jas the sale assistance explained the different types of bed, listened to our requirements, gave us time to try the beds out, explained about the styles, did not exhaust us with too much information as she had listened to what we wanted. Left us for a few minutes to discuss, hopefully found the right bed for us. Professional, efficient and friendly. Layout of store easy to manoeuvre.

There were plenty of choices of mattresses to try and no pressure from sales team .,something I value highly.

The shop worker was great and had a good and friendly manner. And helped us with what we wanted.
