Dreams - Farnborough

Purchased a mattress from Benson's for beds, due to have the mattress delivered on Friday 4th December 2020 after an 8 week wait. After a phone call to customer services I was informed that the mattress hadn't even been manufactured. Visited the store and our new mattress will arrive in less than a week. Service!

Geraldine was very understanding with what we wanted from start to finish. She showed us every possibility but also made sure she considered our budget. We visited the store twice and both times she was very attentive and she let us know all information we needed to know.

The staff member was attentive without being pushy. Spent time understanding our requirements and made v the experience enjoyable

Walked into Dreams and greeted by a nice assistant who helped us all the way through our needs. She was extremely patient and helpful. We left happy knowing we will get another excellent bed from Dreams.

Great customer service. The guy was well informed. We were greeted by someone straight away, explained what we wanted then he got on with the job of taking us through different options according to our budget and most importantly we didn't feel rushed which made our shopping trip quite an enjoyable one.

Karen the lady listened to what I had to say about the problems I was having with my bed, helped me find a bed good for me but then also said I should get my partner to come back and try the machine that matches you to the bed. The bed she picked for me was very near the kind of bed the computer chose for me. So knows her job very well.
