Product we were interested in was available for demo on the shop floor, staff were friendly and knowledgable (Cornell) and delivery time is quick.

The assistant at Farnborough could not have been more helpful ,she was extremely patient. My son and I were given coffee which was of a very high standard. I just wish more stores had staff of this quality.

We went into Dreams a bit apprehensive about the test results as a competitor did this previously and failed. The consultant listened well to our questions raised and delivered brilliantly in her way of managing us. The system shortlisted the bed types to suite our needs and we were taken to each to spend time on each to ultimately make our selection. At no point we’re we rushed nor pressured. Costs and delivery dates were explained carefully to allow us to make an informed decision. Looking forward in receiving the bed on 12/02/2022.

Jason assisted us with our purchase. He was really gracious with the amount of time he spent with us and recommending other mattresses that we should try based on our feedback so far. Really knowledgeable and nice to work with.

Rylan, the employee from your store in Farnborough, Hampshire, was incredibly helpful and friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable about all the products available, not to mention the fact that he was very knowledgeable about body mechanics and being a disabled person that knowledge was invaluable in being able to be the only person in the store who was able to help me with purchasing a new bed that I would be happy with for years to come. Rylan should be used as a shining example of how knowledgeable all your other employees need to be in order to be better equipped to help ALL PEOPLE who enter your stores.
