The service given in store was exceptional. Keeping to our budget and the knowledge on items was amazing.

We walked in to have a browse at beds/mattress unsure of what we wanted, we soon found a bed we liked & lovely Geraldine-Ann came to help us get the right size! Then the mattress having not purchased one for a very long time Geraldine-Ann guided us to the sleep monitor a great experience & helped us to make the decision on our mattress also new pillows! We can’t wait for our bed, mattress to arrive - decorating is in the process! We also love our pillows couldn’t wait to try them out on the first day - thank you Dreams from the Jones

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and personable, and guided us through the tricky process of selecting the right mattress and frame with ease and understanding. There was no pressure tactics and we really enjoyed our experience. We made several purchases. She led us through the credit options clearly. We are very satisfied.

I was given excellent help from Cornell, I wasn’t pressurised at all to buy. I tried out various mattresses then I went home and considered my options and my budget. I went online at home and checked them out and returned to the shop the next day. I put in an order and it was delivered a week later.

We went in for head board and came out buying a bed with the help of Rylan who spent considerable amount of time showing us around and measuring all of the beds we looked at

Did research online before store visit so had narrowed product search to make and models so only had to view and test products which made purchase simple and easy without online research store visit would not have been so enjoyable

Staff were there straight away ready to help and very friendly

Despite a shortage of staff and increasing footfall Cornell was able to talk us through the the various mattress options available; starting with the novel/useful bed simulation. We appreciated her advice and the fact that as an elderly couple our mobility was impaired and the selection process took longer. The coffee was most welcome as was the use of the lift. Cornell is undoubedtably a great asset to Dreams.
