Mike was absolutely fantastic his knowledge and expertise was really good. Everyone was polite and friendly. Mike carried mattress out to my car and loaded it which was wonderful. Mike is a very lovely young man and a great asset to your company.

Nigel was great, answered all our questions concerning the TV bed we wanted to order. He also helped in ordering the mattress, which is very important to me as I am disable and I need a specific mattress for my needs.

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgable about the products. She found what we needed with our price range in mind.

The Assistant who dealt with me, Mike, was extremely helpful and patient.

We visited the store in Farnborough twice, on both occasions were helped by Karen. On our first visit, she ran through bed and storage types, showing us different fabrics available, and placed my daughter on the sleep machine to determine the type of mattress she needed. We went away to measure bedroom space at home, returning to store one week later, where we placed order, very efficiently handled by Karen. She offered us refreshments, and made the whole experience very easy.
