Dreams - Farnborough

We went in looking for a mattress the man came over straight away told us about the products then helped us find the right mattress.

Thanks to Nigel of dreams farmbourgh for taking us through the option of the bed and mattress we choose by listing to are needs and wants plus his product knowledge was second to none, also making sure we were ok with drinks, plus giving advice on caring for our products

The instore help was fantastic, a happy knowledgeable gentleman who had a sense of humor but tact and made my wife and I laugh. What more could he do?

Geraldine was extremely helpful (my apologies if I got her name wrong), patient and understanding in what I was looking for. As you can appreciate there is so much choice these days when looking for the right bed and mattress. She also told me to take my time and offered my friend who was with me and I a cup of tea which rounded it off nicely. Her colleague Nigel was also very helpful and they worked together professionally as a team, which was nice to see.

Friendly staff member Karen greeted me straight away and was quick to take me to the item I required, guest bed with trundle.

We had already looked on The Dreams website , so had certain bed in mind . We looked around shop & a lovely gentleman greeted us , Jason . He showed us all the beds that fitted our criteria . Choosing colours Jason was helpful matching for us. My husband & I can honestly say that 100% customer service in this shop today .. Very friendly atmosphere & excellent interaction amongst other staff/public. The Staff we met today are a credit for the Dreams Company .

The lady who served us was helpful, really knew the products , she was patient and pleasant to our 3 year old who is a handful!! She made the whole experience enjoyable! I'd definitely recommend dreams! In fact I've already told my friends !

As soon I entered the store, Karen Holt, asked if I needed help and she then showed what I was looking for and explained the different options available. Very helpful and friendly - very impressive, no pressure to make a decision. Well Done Dreams !

This was my second visit to the store two weeks ago Matt showed me the ottoman beds and gave me a quote he gave me all the information I needed without being at all pushy. Sunday I came back having decided to buy a bed, I was lucky enough to find Matt again I found the base I wanted and he helped find a mattress and then went through all the paperwork paid everything organized I left a happy customer and would recommend your store to friends and family would also recommend they seek out Matt to help.
