We found what we wanted very quickly and easily. The staff were friendly and quick to assist us. Karen who assisted us during our visit was knowledgeable, efficient and patient while we worked out how we were going to proceed.

Fantastic service from Cornell. She greeted me as soon as I stepped into the store and immediately understood what I was looking for. She was proactive in suggesting options for me and noticed that I was time-limited, as I was dressed in my work uniform, so made sure I was all finished in time to leave for work without being rushed.

As soon as we walked in to the store we were greeted and assisted. Our needs were listened to and a good selection of products was identified for our needs. The assistant did not hurry us and was very kind and knowledgable.

Geraldine at the farnbourgh store gave excellent customer service. Her knowledge was outstanding. She understood our needs and listened to our answers and always took these into consideration when selecting mattress choices for us. She explain the sleep test, gave us own pillows with protectors to use while trying different mattresses. She is a credit to the Dreams brand.

Karen took time to understand our needs both in terms of sleep experience and price bracket. She showed both patience and a kindly manner.

Karen was very knowledgable about the products and took her time to work out what we needed. She was very polite, helpful & patient with us trying most of the beds in store! We left for the day undecided and she gave us all the information on the two beds we had decided we preferred. When we returned a week later Karen was working instantly recognised us and managed to assist using side other customers. I was very impressed with her multitasking as we never felt like we were not being looked after. We then placed our order with Karen and she again helped us with all the extras required to keep our mattress in tip top condition. Please pass these comments onto Karen and we look forward to coming back to dreams when we finish are house renovations! Well done Karen excellent customer service!

Karen was knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to explain our options. We had three visits including with our kids (the beds are for them) and each time we narrowed down the options more to our order...

Nigel the assistant was very reassuring , very knowledgeable and did not rush us at all . We went in for a look and came out with signature on the bottom page with happy smiles .
