Dreams - Farnborough

We were dealt with by a lady called Geraldine. We felt valued as customers, our best interests we always the priority. We didn’t feel pressured into any products, infact we left without one and returned 2 days later.

I explained my needs to the store personnel and she in turn show and explain the difference bed that I could chose from,her product knowledge was vast ,

We had visited previously a few weeks ago and had provisionally chosen what bed etc we wanted. At the time we were escorted by Karen and we explained that we were redecorating and would return. We asked specifically for Karen on our return.

Cornell was our assistant and she could not be anymore helpful. She wasn't pestering us or pushing us in anyway like we have had before in other shops. She offered refreshments, helped us with the bed mattress tester thing and was overall amazing.

Mike, the assistant, was very helpful and knowledgeable and obviously listened to our requirements without making assumptions.

Found the bed i liked. And Nigel was very helpful and honest. He helped us with the order in quick fashion.

The in-store support was excellent and the knowledge of the different mattresses made the task much easier.

Karen Holt. We visited the store a week ago and she was unbelievably attentive and knowledgeable when it came to what would suit us best. We came back a week later and purposely waited for her to become available as her customer service is up there with the very best I’ve ever received personally and then we purchased the products she had previously shown us. Karen even compared the differences between each mattress and all of the other mattresses we had tried out on our first visit. Absolute credit to Dreams in Farnborough!
