The guy Mike at Farnborough was excellent. I have fractures in my spine and in agony, I haven’t been able to sleep in my bed for months. Mike was extremely helpful, I needed a moveable bed as I can’t lay down then get up. Mike was so kind and patient as I was in a lot of pain.

I had to take my wheelchair bound mother to test for a mattress and after testing out a few found one that meant changing the base as well. The sales assistant was very patient and at no stage were we rushed. Once she had found out our requirements she made some recommendations which gave us a choice of products but not too many. My mother thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and we both came away confident that we had made the right decision. Only one negative point and that was the main doors do not open automatically so access into the store was not straight forward with a wheelchair.

Your representative Nigel was excellent. Very knowledgeable. His recommendations and guidance were invaluable.

Courteous staff who found the time to be fully engaged. Knowledgeable and efficient staff who knew the products and the availability of finance. At no time felt pressure to buy. Thanks Rylan for your patience and good humour
