saleslady Ann is very helpful and advise all the details of each product so i can found my right mattress, she also very proactive and adopt all the changes very quick from my parents when they choose different color of bed frames.

We loved the fact we were not jumped on as soon as we walked in the door. We were allowed time to look around before any staff approached us which is what we prefer. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

As soon as we entered the store we were made to feel at ease, we were given time to have a look before someone came over (rather than being pounced on as soon as you enter). Every member of staff who were working that day were cheerful and friendly. We were helped by a lovely lady called Geraldine-Ann who nothing was too much trouble for and we felt confident in her knowledge and helpfulness. We never at any time felt pressured into purchasing anything. All in all it was a delightful experience from start to finish
