Everything was explained very professionally with what would be the best product for our needs.

Great experience from start to finish. Cornell was very knowledgeable and took her time with us but also gave us plenty of opportunity to discuss by ourselves. Delivery was quick and just as promised - I received the email with the approximate time and the phone all from the drivers advising when they would be with us. All in all a really great experience- could not have gone more smoothly

We had visited another Dreams store earlier in the day and the assistant was terrible, so we tried again at this store and the assistant was more than helpful and went out of her way to guide us through the process.

As soon as we entered the store we were made to feel at ease, we were given time to have a look before someone came over (rather than being pounced on as soon as you enter). Every member of staff who were working that day were cheerful and friendly. We were helped by a lovely lady called Geraldine-Ann who nothing was too much trouble for and we felt confident in her knowledge and helpfulness. We never at any time felt pressured into purchasing anything. All in all it was a delightful experience from start to finish
