The staff were friendly and very knowledgable, which made it much easier to choose our mattress

I was greeted by Rylan who listened to my needs and came to several options straight away. I was looking for a memory foam mattress as I suffer from back problems and have bought a dream mattress previously. I have had many years of comfortable sleep but has since worn out over the years. I tried out the beds and found one that was perfect. Rylan was able to answer my questions but also gave me time to think when I needed it. Great customer experience.

We have visited the Farnborough store a few times looking at beds this year, we actually decided on this visit to purchase one. From the time we entered and left the visit felt comfortable, Karen was very professional and friendly, her knowledge of Tempur beds was very useful, as we were unsure which mattress to go for. We were very happy with the price of the whole package, and especially the hot chocolate.
