Dreams - Llantrisant

This was our first store so the only product information I had was from internet reviews but I had a good idea what I wanted. Jo immediately greeted us as we entered the store but she wasn't at all oppressive but told us she was there if we need help. Once we homed in on the mattress type we wanted she offered assistance again which we took. She was very friendly and relaxed but still very knowledgeable and explained how the store worked in relation to finding the right mattress. She then made us a hot drink while we tried the different styles then, when she returned, she helped us fine tune our choices by suggesting considerations rather than dictating what we should or shouldn't do and we selected the mattress for us. I then explained that as this was our first port of call I had to look elsewhere just for peace of mind and she made us feel very comfortable with that but pointed out certain benefits that dreams has over other stores. Suffice to say we returned later the same day to make our purchase despite Bensons having a less expensive option. Our return was partly down to the service that we received. So Well done Jo (Jocelyn) and thank you.

Received excellent customer service from Stuart, all the staff entered into some friendly banter with me. all had a good knowledge of all products. Was offered refreshments and to try all beds after being given lots of good information

The advisor was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Mike took the time to talk us through your products and help choose appropriate accessories that suited my needs. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone, he was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. A massive thank you to him for his patience as I did take a while choosing the right bed.

I was served by Chris who was very pleasant and helpful. He offered a few options that fitted our needs and price range and did not hard sell anything. I was more than happy to place the order there. The overall buying experience was very good, the only down side was the delivery time which was out of Chris's control. I would definitely recommend talking to Chris if you are looking for a new bed or mattress.

Chris spent most of his time with us, he informed us how the beds, mattresses and the colour on the displays worked. He explained to us in great detail about all the different types of mattresses that were available. He offered myself and my wife some refreshments, and gave us space to look around the store to see if there were anything we’d like. When having questions he was very helpful in answering them all in good detail.

Jo was really friendly and approachable. She wasn't intimidating or pushy. Felt relaxed and happy to do business with her. Her advise suited my needs and in the end we found the bed best suited to me! Thank you again Jo and lovely to have met you. Best wishes, Emma

Mike was great and very helpful. He didn't crowd us or come across pushy - just provided the information we needed and left us to look around and ponder colours. He went out of his way to get us the best deal and accommodate our needs.

we did not feel pressured in any way to buy which is what i like when i am shopping,we were approached by Chris offering his assistance in explaining the difference between different beds and asking our preferences then directing us to where he thought we should try,we tried lots of different beds and he gave us lots of different pillows to see what we found comfortable.

I was not pressured into buying something that may have not been suitable. I was given the opportunity to look at everything and was given good advice and what may be suitable for my needs. Very friendly staff and helpful.
