From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel welcome without being harassed (which l hate and will walk out ). All members of the staff were very helpful and Chris was very helpful in helping us find the beautiful bed we bought.

Stuart allowed me to make the pace. He was knowledgeable and asked sufficient questions without prying to assess my needs and directed me accordingly. His ‘bedside’ manner made me feel comfortable to risk assess the mattresses to ensure I was making the right choice. At no time did I feel pressurised which I found quite refreshing. Once I had made the decision to purchase which was entirely my choice without pressure, Stuart explained the whole processes of the sales procedure ensuring my full understanding. I am very happy with my impending purchase and look forward to the delivery. Can I please add that Stuart is an admirable advocate to your company.
