During the set up of the purchase we were offered and shown brilliant deals and offers to go along side our purchase the gentleman was very helpful and explained in great detail everything. We were offered tea and coffee upon arrival which me and my wife thought was a welcoming touch. We walked away with more than we and for this was due to the excellent customer service we experienced at our local branch.

Went in, saw some beds on offer, had differences explained to us. Bought one for delivery in 2.5 weeks. Easy!

Stuart the store manager was brilliant with us and our son (who didn't want to be bed shopping), really looked after us and made us feel like valued customers.

We were not pressurized into buying and were left to talk it over between ourselves as to the reason we were buying the item

The Staff were extremely helpful and not at all pushy, the products were very well presented . The sale of the mattress was catered to our needs with much flexibility. Very satisfied.

I was satisfied the first time. The second time the manager served us and could have used his discretion to discount the delivery fee. I know he could but just chose not to. Minor detail but one that bothered me.

CHRIS welcomed us into the store and asked us what we liked individually in terms of sleeping and firmness of mattress, he showed us a range of mattresses to suit our needs and also suggested a pillow that would make our sleep even better, due to not having much sleep over the past year because of parenthood. Chris also suggested a cooler pillow because I do get warm quite often during my sleep. Chris was very friendly and was also very comical which made me feel at ease. I went in for a mattress and came out with a whole new bed and accessories so I think Chris is definitely a great sales man !

I was treated with respect as a disabled customer, and your sales representative was most considerate of this when offering advice.
