As a former sales person I found Stuart most helpful without being pushy, he knew his products and directed my wife and I to several mattresses he thought would meet our needs. The buying experience was a pleasure with this man guiding us, we would ask for him again.

I looked online before visiting store I wanted to look at 2 ottoman frames & 2 mattresses. A lady approached us with a nice smile & friendly manner. I showed her what I was looking for & she took us to beds them mattresses & told us the differences, she got a pillow & I tried mattresses out. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in to buying there & then but I was really happy with the price. When I sat down to order I noticed her name was Jocelyn, Jocelyn explained about 30 day mattress exchange (40 days) & delivery. I am very happy with the service I received today at Dreams Llantrisant WELL DONE!

The lady we delt with was very knowledgeable and friendly she made our visit a happy experience with out being too pushy , she played along with my ex sales banter which made our time in the store enjoyable even though I couldn't get her to give me a bit more discount on my purchase, I went to this store in llantrisant because I purchased a top range mattress for my Daughter only a few months ago , and had good service at that time also a bit of banter with the male member of staff, Jocelyn was the staff member on this purchase she was a bit of fun to deal with, I would deal here again.

Chris was very helpful and he made us hot drinks.

The Salesman (Stuart) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us time to make up our minds and would explain anything we wanted to know about the bed and mattress we were viewing. He explained about the bed and the composition of the mattress. Talked us through the checkout stage. We had a very good experience and had good value. We would recommend this store.

Didn't feel pressured into purchasing and the colour coding was explained to us and we were shown products within our price range. Sales advisor was very helpful and overall a smooth purchase :)

Wonderful staff at your llantrisant store who were very helpful and knowledgeable on all yr products. We had a cuppa while we waited to order and it was lovely to see very helpful , genuine staff . That’s good retail right there . Can’t wait to enjoy the comfort of my new bed .

Excellent knowledge of goods

I called in about a month ago to look at mattresses. A young salesman spent a good amount of time to show and explain to me lots of what I wanted. My husband and I called in to our local store in Talbot Green. We were made very welcome offered tea or coffee which we accepted. We ordered a mattress which will be delivered in three week. First class.

We went along to purchase a new mattress but wasn't too sure on what 'firmness' we needed we had plenty of opportunity to try the different types, great choice.
