As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed and asked if I needed help. I was looking for a mattress and knew that I didn't like memory foam so I was advised on the mattresses to stay away from and was given a number to try out in regards to the feel and how firm I would like. I had seen a mattress online and was given the option if two mattresses in-store that would feel exactly like the one I had seen in order to decide if it would be the right one for me. Staff were very friendly, funny and helpful in making my decision.

Customer Service was excellent and the Assistant was very knowledgeable and offered us advice. Any questions were answered by the Assistant (Stuart). The Assistant carried out his duties very professionally.

Excellent service - Stuart took time to understand our needs and steered us towards suitable product. He explained the pros and cons of alternative products and the value of add-ons to our purchase in a way that was highly relevant to us.
