The person who assisted us had plenty of knowledge concerning the product required

We did not know what type of bed or mattress we wanted - the Dreams colleague spent time to establish what we wanted and then took us through a number of options. A number of products were demonstrated - which lead us to a good decision - the Colleague was excellent.

Chris was friendly and understanding on approach. He easily deduced what I was looking for and we managed to narrow it down in no time at all thanks to his knowledge of the product base. He found out about any issues I have and what I like without being invasive at all and recommended products that would work well for me. He was of great help when it came to explaining the finance and guarantees and even gave me and my friend some cracking cooking tips. All other colleagues including Chris also asked us is we would like any beverages during our visit, and Chris was very helpful and made you comfortable trying out the different mattresses with the various pillow you have to over (I was sold on the gel!). All around an easy environment and would highly recommend
