The level of service and quality were excellent, but shoudn't this survey be conducted after delivery and use of product?

Great store layout. The store Manager was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. At no time did it feel "Sales-y", there was no pressure at all. We were encouraged to try other similar products in a very helpful manner and the speed at which he processed the order was very impressive. We we're offered Tea and Coffee on more then one occasion - overall a very pleasant experience.

Very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman dealt with my queries to a very high standard of customer service.
