Because Chris from Talbot Green was very understanding on the medical problems I have and can relate also, he was so nice to talk to while I lead on the bed for around 30 mins made my daughter a nice cup of tea, hand you had very clean toilets, the service from Chris was 10/10 and I would defo recommend going to the store to my friends, no pressure sales so talk about what bed he had or what his wife thought and he was a delight . Ty

After complaing about certain staff attitudes on an earlier visit I was in the area so thought I would give it one last try. This time I was met by mike who sold me a mattress by not selling to me he shared his infectious knowledge and attitude when sitting down to pay he still had the ability to carry on chatting without so I just hope my slèep will be a dream.

The sales assistant/ store manager was excellent and helped my husband and i find the perfect bed and mattress as well as accessories. Friendly and polite throughout and we would highly recommend dreams to anyone. Thankyou again for the great customer service.

I came in to the shop with what I wanted in my mind. The gentleman greeted me on arrival, listened intently to what I wanted and was able to show me a variety of mattresses. He provided me with a pillow and suggested I lay down on the bed to experience the comfort of the mattresses. During checkout he was very helpful and explained each process. He was extremely knowledgeable about the dreams products which was why I purchased extras too.

Outstanding customer service, no hassle at all by staff but always there to help when needed.

There were plenty of options for what we wanted. I found the assistant very well informed and helpful. She talked us through the range and encouraged us to test everything before making a decision. She was very friendly and chatty which put us at ease.
