Very welcome Staff listened what I wanted They offered me tea or coffee Showed me what bed I needed Store was clean Staff were friendly

The gentleman called Chris was very helpfully to us and very pleasant thankyou

Very friendly staff not pushy at all gave me all the information I needed to make my decision to buy a lovely TV bed

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely recommend. The staff were extremely helpful. I was in the store for quite some time trying out different beds and they were so patient.

We were approached on entry to the store by a very helpful assistant, Christopher, he made us feel very welcome but not pushy. we were offered refreshments, then discused our requirements. Chris explained it would be advisable to be tested for the grade of mattress we required this was done. we were then showed the mattresses that were suitable for us , varies prices, then we decided on one that suited us and an afforable price. Chris was very helpful and did not rush us into a purchases , that put us at ease giving us time to decide under no pressure, great! Would recommend

We were greeted as we walked in. I was very pleasantly surprised when we were offered a cup of tea or coffee almost as soon as the assistant had welcomed us. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Encouraging us to try lots of different products.

Chris was very welcoming and polite. We felt he listened to our needs and due to his expertise and professionalism he was able to recommend items suitable and met our needs that we did not originally think of purchasing. For example, when discussing pillows and snoring he recommended a tempur pillow that I did not like the feel of and he therefore recommended a different tempur pillow which met my requirements. I feel that he listened to my wife and I in equal measure. Having visited a different dreams store prior to this one. My wife and I would recommend Chris and his team to go to, despite being a further travel distance.

We were not pushed into buying anything,when we asked for information staff were very helpful

Chris was very friendly and not at all pushy. I am turned off by pushy sales people. He was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time with us.
