The staff were friendly, not pushy, understanding of our requirements.

Chris was fantastic throughout my Dreams experience. He was able to act very quicly to my needs and wants as a customer. There was no hard sell at all, quite the opposite to my experience at one of your competitors (BforB's).

Jo was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured into making a purchase and were given plenty of time and space to browse.

We (myself and my partner) recently purchased a new house and were just out shopping when we 'popped in' to your store for a browse. We were quickly approached by a member of staff who talked with us briefly regarding the Dreams new sleep match technology. We continued to look around the shop and found a bed frame that we really liked; we asked for the price and measurements of the frame and Mike was very quick accommodate, giving us a print out of the sizes. We also then decided to try out the sleep match as we did need a new mattress if we were buying a new bed. We enjoyed trying the new technology and Mike then spent a lot of time walking us around the store trying out different mattresses. The store had a large variety of mattresses to try and we found this very enjoyable. Mike and the store manager were both friendly and approachable. We spent a few hours in store trying all the mattresses and then purchasing our products and we were made to feel welcomed - we were offered drinks on a number of occasions. After receiving our products we are so pleased the technology was spot on and the mattress is perfect - we cannot wait for bed at the end of a long day.

My salesman was very polite. Made me a drink and made the experience pleasurable with no pushy salesman i felt relaxed and able to purchase all items required without feeling stressed.

We purchased our bed & mattress from llantrisant store and a lovely colleague called chros dealt with us & made sure we was put on this computerised machine to make sure we had the right mattress to suit our needs & was very helpful.
