The assistant jo help me find out the right mattress fitted to me and explained the difference between the suggested mattresses. She was very helpful and reassuring of delivery at my best time and day.

We were greeted by a lovely and friendly member of staff (I believe her name was Jo - Llantrisant store) who listened to our different requirements and provided great assistance when we were deciding what mattress to purchase. She was really easy to talk to and made the shopping experience enjoyable. The store also had a great selection of beds and we had no problem choosing a bed we liked at a reasonable price.

Stuart who helped me was very knowledgeable and informative, with a lot of patience too. I felt comfortable in the store with the covid restrictions that are in place. Everything was anti bac sprayed after me. My son recommended that I go to dreams for my mattress and I will definitely recommend dreams to anyone who says they are shopping for a mattress.
