My husband and I are over 80 but Stuart took a reading from the analysing bed and showed us a variety of suitable mattresses which took the hassle out of our purchase and he was knowledgeable and well mannered.

Warm and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and hospitable.

I was satisfied with my experience due to the following 1. Was not jumped on when entering stores like other companies. Had the freedom to walk around for 5 min or so before being approached. 2. The approach was friendly and non pushy with no sales pitch. A basic introduction and information on current offers and instore facilities. 3. When approached product knowledge and understanding was excellent and the new sleep simulator was a fantastic experience. 4. Complete service offered from selection of product, accessories to the ordering process. 5. Very relaxed and enjoyable experience and will definitely be recommending. (in fact we have already recommended to many and told of the experience on the bed simulator!!)

Loved the sales man from the Talbot green store his name was Mike he answered all our questions he was very friendly and offered us tea/coffee which is always good,he also know is stuff on beds,we highly recommend Mike.Thank you Amanda and Mike.

From the moment my son and I entered the store on the first visit Jo was extremely helpful. She greeted us and asked if she could help but when told we were just browsing let us look around the stock without interruption, but was there when we needed assistance. She suggested using the testing bed to help determine what mattress would be best. After that she was most attentive and patient while both my son and I tested the suitable mattresses. No pressure or time limit was put upon us and all questions were answered fully. We left the store with all the information we needed to decide. I returned to the store 2 days later and was greeted by Mike as Jo was not in that day. Mike was very attentive and listened to and answered all questions fully. The patience he showed was exemplary and again no pressure was asserted at any time. He was extremely helpful in all matters. When I finally made my decision he led me through the purchasing process in a detailed yet pleasant manner. The friendly manner in which both customer advisers greeted and helped me should be commended. They made the experience of making this substantial purchase very easy. Many thanks to both.

Both chaps at my local Dreams are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are helpful without being too pushy.

Very friendly staff

Very helpful with our purchase and what we wanted as the bed we wanted was being discontinued. Staff were brilliant with our 3 year old and interacted extremely well with her, she left the shop extremely happy as did we.

The store is very welcoming and Stuart was very approachable and extremely helpful but not pushy either he was an excellent sales person.
