The store was very clean, bright and well laid out, the staff very friendly and welcoming and the gentleman that helped me, his name was Chris was brilliant, I went into the store with sheets of information and asked him if he could show the particular beds that i liked and he talked me through them all and then he helped me through the most important part, picking the correct mattress. I discovered that left to me i would have bought the totally wrong mattress for my back problem, so thank you Chris for all you help and advise. The ordering and delivery was no problem, everything is being delivered on Saturday and I can't wait for a good night's sleep in my new bed. My Mother was with me today and she was also very impressed with the store and the range of beds and choice of mattresses you have so you may have another customer soon.

We were greeted on entry to the store and assured that assistance was available. Christopher the salesman was very helpful and obviously had a excellent knowledge of the products. We eventually made our choice and an order placed and delivery arranged. We were extremely satisfied with the experience.

We were welcomed warmly and were given the option to look around with a dreams representative javing conducted the mattress test. Impressed with the technology and the level of service and products on offer. We were able to make a decision, pay and leave all in very good time. Our dreams specialist Mike was very knowledgeable, very friendly and keen to get our feedback on our mattress likes and dislikes whilst trying them out to better help our decision making.

When we first entered the store on our first visit we were greeted by Jocelyn who offered her assistance. We were unsure on what we were looking for as it was our first time buying a mattress. Jocelyn was extremely helpful and we were able to find the right mattress after being given the right advice. Unfortunately Jocelyn was not in the store when we went to purchase the mattress on our second visit but she was most definitely the reason why we come back to buy it.

Very nice young man, explained all about the mattresses and spent plenty of time with me, even offered me a cup of tea. This is my second visit to Dreams and I've always had good service. Also bought some offers on bedding etc.

The colleague was very considerate, polite and understanding having my young son with me... fully explained all the range available and what would best suit my needs... overall experience and customer service was perfect
