We weren't pressured and were given plenty of time

Chris was very helpful and understanding that it took us a while to look at things with a small baby in toe

The young assistant Mike was very knowledgeable and guided us towards the beds he thought might suit us best. We didn't take him up on the offer of trying out the sleep better mattress technology offered in store but I wish we had!

We had first class service from the assistant in the shop. Very knowledgable and spent time to discuss our requirements and show us the best beds for our needs

The 2 salesmen who I was dealing with at the Talbot Green store Chris & Mike were extremely helpful and I could not of asked for better customer service

The level of service from Chris was outstanding. He took time to discuss my needs, rather than just atain a quick sale. We discussed in detail my sleeping posture; spinal alignment, pressure points and back injury. Using this information he picked out suitable products. He then let me test each mattress in my own time. I then lay on the selected mattress for considerable time and was actively encouraged to do so. Although Chris wanted to make the sale (as any salesperson would), I felt that he genuinely wanted to chose the right product for me. I have since purchased the chosen mattress; although outside of my financial comfort zone, I feel that it is the right choice. After all you can't put a price tag on a good night's sleep.

The service from start to finish was first class with no pressure to buy anything.
