The member of staff who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. The store manger also helped when we needed advice on a different hieght of mattress he was really helpful and both showed patience and kindness to wards my mother who was recovering from a fall at the time.

Simon the assistant was professional, courteous and helpful, understood our needs and met them with the products suggested. He has really good interpersonal skills, and coming from a Sales background myself, I understand how important that is. People buy people. A very good experience in store.

As my partner and I entered the store I was approached by staff member Simon, he was very friendly and helpful. Asked if I required help or if I was browsing. I told him I was looking for a mattress and he showed us to the machine that helps decide on the best mattress suited to me. I loved it! Like a free back massage. After the machine he showed us the mattresses and provided me with all the information I needed. The staff were very helpful, and I’d happily go back.

Very helpful and friendly staff, we were offered a drink while the purchase was being conducted, the bed we chose was also a bargain which came with two sets of pillows and a duvet, delivery was quick, and assembly included, this is our second bed purchase from Dreams and probably won't be our last, will be recommending to family and friends. The gentleman that greeted us in the store was called Chris. His service from start to finish was absolutely perfect. There was no pressure and every Avenue was explored. I can’t praise him enough. My son has learning difficulties and we were there to select a new bed and mattress for him. Chris dealt with him in such a manner that made us all feel really well treated.

The sales man was very helpful giving us relevant information but also gave us time alone to talk and decide if we going ahead with the purchase.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams due to the excellent service my partner and I received from entering the store to leaving. When we knew we had to shop for a bed we anticipated spending a whole day visiting various stores however, we purchased a bed and mattress with Dreams which was the first store we went to! We use the mattress matching machine and tried out all of the mattresses that were identified as our more favourable option as well as trying out those that were opposite - the machine was spot on! We found a mattress and bed that we loved, we ordered and paid the same day and are awaiting delivery, they even threw in free pillows for us! The customer service was fantastic, the staff were really friendly and professional and listened to what we wanted and what we didn’t like. It was a simple, easy, helpful process and I can’t recommend enough!
