The silent night sleep machine was fab and the lady who served us made us feel really relaxed she was great.

We visited your Llantrisant store on two occasions. The lady on our first visit was very helpful, and the experience we had made us return to the store, after visiting many others, to buy the bed we needed. On the day we made our purchases we were served by Chris, who was also very helpful and answered all our questions. Excellent service.

Staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable . Very helpful when trying to decide on a bed and mattress, even when we needed to go back and forth trying out mattresses. Helped us understand what type of mattress we needed as a couple. Loved the variety of beds . Good quality meaning it should last us many years to come .

Staff (especially Christopher) were very friendly; quickly developed excellent rapport with my teenage son and even offered me a coffee! His knowledge of the products and their relevance to us was top notch.

The whole experience was most satisfactory from start to finish. Colleagues were friendly and knowledgeable, not at all pushy and very happy to answer questions, anticipate questions and advise on the most appropriate product. The colleague who served us was quick to establish a rapport with my teenage son, for whom we were buying, and quickly put him at his ease and helped him to decide what he wanted. My fiancée and I were bed shopping for our first house together. We were welcomed by Chris when we entered the store, who was funny, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the products. He helped us pick the right mattress for us, and gave us all the information we needed about the TV bed, and helped us pick out all the additional items we needed such as pillows and mattress covers. What started out as browsing became our first purchase for our new home, and furthermore we didn’t feel any pressure to purchase anything. Chris was a great host and provided a very relaxed and bespoke atmosphere which helped us make the right decision for us.

The assistance and knowledge of the manager was absolutely fabulous the cleanliness of the store was so lovely the politeness of the other staff was incredible would recommend this store to anyone
