It was Boxing Day. Didn't think you would be open. Your sales person Jo was a delight! We did the mattress machine thingy which was hysterical and Jo was brilliant. We didn't take long to decide and Jo was very very helpful. I've never had such fun buying something so boring. Thank you Jo. Oh and so pleased with the quick delivery!! (Jan 2nd)

I needed a new bed on a budget to be delivered in 5 days time. I phoned the store and Stuart told me to come on down and he would get something sorted for me! And he did. I didn’t want to spend more than £300, and I spent £299! Perfect! I was warmly welcomed, tested on the Sleepmatch bed and even given a cup of tea! I just wish I could have bought that amazing pillow I used! Maybe after Christmas, eh?

The store manager was very helpful in assisting us with our purchase.

We were welcomed the moment we walked in and didn't feel pushed to purchase. Our salesman mike was friendly and knowledgable.The bed assessment computer was entertaining but also very useful. We paid for the bed to be assembled and it was made perfectly. The bed has been comfortable and the storage has been really useful for hiding presents just before Christmas.

Loved the computer and special bed which mapped out the correct mattress for us. Sales Assistant was extremely helpful and understanding of our requirements.

myself anne pritchard and my husband john pritchard was welcome at the talbot green store with a chris who was very polite help us with finding the mattress we needed for our disabled son we also was asked if we would like a cup of tea and coffee which we both had couldnt which for a better services as we was leaving he give us a validation code 278 to enter in a draw

From the moment we stepped through the door were greeted by a very friendly and charming team that couldn't do enough for us. Our main staff member Mike was very pleasant,extremely helpful and overall a pleasure to have met. Although Mike was our main staff member serving us both the manager and other staff members were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
