Excellent customer service - Jo was friendly, approachable and made us feel at ease and satisfied with our purchases. We were given tea on arrival and guided through the mattress picking procedure step by step. We were both extremely happy leaving the store and looking forward to our new bed and mattress arriving!

Good choice of mattress. Sales assistant very helpful and friendly. Seemed to have good knowledge of the product. Can't comment on value for money or quality yet as we haven't received the items ordered yet
