Knowledgeable staff, friendly but maintained professionalism. Availability of sleep match diagnosis which showed the futility of previously buying wrong firmness mattresses online. Showed us lots of options in mattress type. Didn't feel rushed or they were pressure selling.

Chris the salesman was really helpful and explained to me all the beds and options. I went to the store on the Saturday and he helped me a lot. I left the store as I couldn’t decide. But I went back on the Sunday and saw Chris again and then placed my order

As we were purchasing two beds for our daughters the service received to ensure that they had the best mattress for there individual needs was very good. It did take a little time to achieve this but the outcome is that the girls have the correct support to enable a good nights sleep

We were welcomed to the store and offered tea/coffee. The help and guidance we were given by Chris was brilliant and could not be faulted.

The store colleague we saw was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and put us at ease straight away. There was no pressure put on us to buy your product which normally causes us to leave a store just a lovely, friendly, helpful service.

The member of staff (Chris) was highly knowledgeable and friendly, he interacted very well with our kids and made the whole experience fun. It was a pleasure coming to the store as we had had doubts given our raucous kids.
