we where highly satisfied as soon as we walk in through the door. Chris introduced himself and asked us a few questions about our sleeping patterns and aches and pains,before taking us to the machine that worked out the best mattress for you. he then asked us if we wood like a hot or cold drink, after the machine finished he took us around the showroom and showed us the recommended ones and explained to us in great detail the benefits of each one.

the selection of beds was great Ipurchased a single mattress from you before and was pleased with it my son said how comfy it was and so that's why I decided to go there again and have the double size and great value for money too.

Chris was amazing took the time to understand my disability and did not pressure made sure i was looked after. When he could see me struggling he was happy for the 1st meeting to end then when I returned the following day he showed concern for me and then remembered were we got to the previous day made me recheck the choices to make sure it was the correct order for me

Absolutely Fab staff ! Warm, Friendly, Curteous, Polite and Kind. We were warmly welcomed on our first visit and offered refreshments during our visit. We were asked if we would like to try the computerised bed to ascertain our mattress type, and helped to try out Four different mattresses from the reccomendation. We also purchased a new bed frame, and were offered a good choice from our requirements. As a business owner, I ALWAYS insist on people being polite, kind and helpful, and I have to say that all the staff at the branch were exactly that. Very helpful, not pushy, and I shall certainly return for further purchases and Will reccomend this branch to friends and family. Thank You !
