Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. He understood our needs and also used the sleep match technology to guide our decision. He showed us a variety of beds and mattress and highlighted the benefits of each.

Each product was thoroughly explained, we were encouraged to test each mattress and were both evaluated on the sleep machine (can’t remember the name)
