We were impressed by the value and flexibility of the options presented to us. The salesman was a master of his subject and listened carefully to the subtleties of our requirements and guided us to a solution which was a perfect fit. We couldn't have been better served.

This was my second visit in three months to Dreams Talbot Green and again they did not disappoint. We were welcomed by Christopher who was very friendly and approachable. My husband and I were directed to the computer bed while Christopher made us a cuppa. His knowledge of the product was second to none. He also introduced as to the best product ever the tempura pillows OMG how amazing they were. I joked with them that I had had chocolates on my previous visit and Andrew the store manager popped to shop to get some! All the staff were professional and friendly. While we were there a couple came in an weren't very pleasant but the staff dealt with them professionally and were very pleasant, I don't think I would have been so patient. We bought a tempura mattress which we are awaiting delivery and two pillows which we brought home, I must say that I have already had two night excellent undisturbed sleep already. hats off to the team they really do know what they are talking about and are just so professional. Thank you guys for such a lovely shopping experience even the hubby was pleased!.

The sleep assessment to help choose our mattresses was extremely helpful. The store manager and his colleague were very knowledgeable and very friendly. The store manager showed us a range of options and we never felt pressured to buy. Overall a great service and good quality products
