Very helpful staff I rang before coming into the store and I made an appointment over the telephone. The man explained the new ways of doing things with regards to social distancing that there would be gloves masks in store if we wanted to wear them. Christopher was great new his stuff and helped us choose the best bed for us. So friendly no pressure

I was assisted by the store manager in the Talbot Green store. It was my first time buying a bed as previously my parents have done so and the gentleman was very helpful, not pushy at all to buy anything and catered very well to my budget.

My wife and myself were given great product advice from Christopher, the salesman at the Llantrisant store. He did a test to see which mattress would suit us best and explained the differences in each mattress we were shown. We tried a number of different mattresses and decided to purchase one that we both felt comfortable with. Christopher, was a great help his advice and product knowledge was spot on and can’t recommend him highly enough. I spoke to him on the phone the day before, stating my concerns that I had a mobility problem, to be able to walk around the store much, also being a larger lady, I had some concerns of sturdy quality of the beds. He was soooo assuring, which is the main reason I returned to make a purchase. He explained that they could do a test to ascertain the firmness of mattress we needed.
