Dreams - Llantrisant

We needed advice and help on purchasing a new bed. We were actually only going to buy the base from Dreams as we had seen a mattress in another local shop, however we were so impressed with the service we received and advice given by Chris that we bought the complete package. There were 3 staff at the store who were all pleasant and an asset to the Dreams Company. All observed the special guidelines currently in place.

Stuart (the sales assistant)from the Llantrisant store was excellent! The standard of service he provided was excellent and he was very efficient. His knowledge of the mattresses was extremely comprehensive snd he even offered us the bits i would have forgotten (a mattress protector etc) . Such excellent service. The store was immaculate and i felt so safe with respect to the covid outbreak. Stuart is a credit to your company , and provides an outstanding level of service. Thank you so much Stuart.

Very helpful staff I rang before coming into the store and I made an appointment over the telephone. The man explained the new ways of doing things with regards to social distancing that there would be gloves masks in store if we wanted to wear them. Christopher was great new his stuff and helped us choose the best bed for us. So friendly no pressure
