The customer assistant/manager was very helpful and friendly. He remembered my name when I went back the next day. As someone who has never bought a mattress before, he helped us through the process and was able to answer all our questions, without putting any pressure on us. The 'tester' bed was very helpful to find a mattress suited to us. We left having bought a mattress and a bed frame, which we are very happy about.

We needed advice and help on purchasing a new bed. We were actually only going to buy the base from Dreams as we had seen a mattress in another local shop, however we were so impressed with the service we received and advice given by Chris that we bought the complete package. There were 3 staff at the store who were all pleasant and an asset to the Dreams Company. All observed the special guidelines currently in place.
